A New Method for Searching for Massive , Stable , Charged Elementary Particles

_ I describe a new method of searching for electrically charged and stable elementary particles with masses larger than about 1013 GeV/c2. This method is based on measuring the terminal velocity of uniform radius liquid drops falling in air.
